Advice Guidelines

You are guaranteed to receive an answer to your questions in less than 24 hours. Most questions are answered in less than 2 hours, however.

Do not send duplicate questions. Always read through the adviser's advice column before sending in your question to check and see if the adviser has not already answered the same question before, but by a different asker.
